Welcome to our class homepage.

Our class teacher is Mr Biggs and our teaching assistants are Miss Cassidy and Mrs Rodgers

This half term we are reading the historical recount Shackleton's Journey by William Grill. A beautifully illustrated non-fiction book, which recounts the unbelievable, real life journey of Ernest Shackleton's 1914 attempt to cross the Antarctic.

Things to know:


Monday: Homework sent home, usually four pieces (two maths, grammar and spellings but can vary depending on the needs of the children) one for each night.

Monday: Our timetabled P.E lesson is a Monday afternoon  PE kits must be kept in school at all times. They can be taken home at the end of each half term to be washed. This term the children will be learning the fundamental skills for playing a racquet and net game.

Friday: Homework to be returned, spelling and times tables test.

Bookbags are reading records are due in daily.

Our attendance target for this year is 97%. It is important that you child attends school regularly and punctually so that they can achieve their full potential.
